A NEW STEP – "EDUVAISIAI" JOINS THE INTERNATIONAL "BODY LIBERATION" MOVEMENT
I am sharing some news that is very important to me. I am currently establishing "EduVaisiai" (a non-profit organization) — an entity that will unite the values I believe in and have strived to implement in my professional work for years: **education, human dignity, emotional well-being, inclusion, equality, and respect for the individual.
That is why I am thrilled about another step forward: both I and "EduVaisiai" are joining the international "Body Liberation" movement. What is **Body Liberation**? To me, this idea primarily signifies the right **TO BE**. To exist in one's body without apologizing for it. To avoid being judged based on weight, body shape, age, disability, or conformity to society's constructed "perfect body" standard. It goes beyond merely having a positive attitude toward one's body.

It is about **human dignity, equality, reducing discrimination, and changing societal attitudes**.We live in a culture that constantly sends the message that we must improve ourselves: be younger, slimmer, more beautiful, stronger, more productive... But perhaps human worth doesn't need to be earned through one's appearance at all?**The body is not a life project that we must constantly fix. The body is our home. That is precisely why the ideas behind "Body Liberation" resonate so deeply with the mission I envision for "EduVaisiai." I want "EduVaisiai" to be a space where—through **education, training, international projects, research, and social initiatives**— we speak about the human being not as a body that either meets or fails to meet a standard, but as a person of value.
Our bodies are different. Our stories are different. Our ages, abilities, and experiences are different. But our dignity is the same. 🌿
The journey of the public institution "EduVaisiai" is just beginning. And I truly want it to be not just an organization, but a community that helps build a society where a person does not need to change themselves to be worthy of respect.
Body Liberation. Every body deserves dignity.Every body is worthy of dignity.
